Thalia Tapia Morales, bachelor of Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC), currently severs as legal assistant in Union Andina de Patentes S.A.C. providing advice on various intellectual property affairs.
As part of her professional practice, Thalia worked as legal assistant in the intellectual property area in Fernandez – Dávila & Bueno Abogados, providing legal support in relation to patents, trademarks, free competition, etc.
As part of her pre-professional experience, Thalia was part of Santivañez Abogados in the regulatory area, fulfilling the functions of assisting in electric energy, hydrocarbons and state contracts.

• Master in Intellectual Property and Competition Law. Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. (2018 in progress).
• Bachelor´s degree in law at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC).
• Certified Expert in Data Protection issued by the Institute of Audit & IT – Governance.
