Alvaro Then is administrator by Universidad Politécnica Territorial del Estado Aragua Federico Brito Figueroa. Currently, he works in the accounting and finance area of Unión Andina de Patentes S.A.C., providing support to the administrative area of the company.

Within his professional experience, he was the director of administration and finance of Línea Aérea de Servicio Ejecutivo Regional Laser C.A. (2013-2018) , managing and supervising the company’s economic and financial resources. In particular, he designed, established and controlled the financial strategies of the company, in addition to coordinating the tasks of accounting, treasury, internal audit and financial analysis.
