We were invited to the second IP Key Labs of the year, titled “The Importance of Plant Variety Protection” organized by the European Union Intellectual Property Office (Euipo) in collaboration with the Inter-American Association of Intellectual Property (Asipi).
The event took place on October 10 at the General Secretariat of the Andean Community in Lima, Peru. It was an excellent opportunity to delve into the importance of plant variety protection in the region. Representing our firm were Hernán Castro, Founding Partner, and Alejandro Castro, Managing Partner, who attended to exchange ideas and explore the latest developments in this field.
