Licensed Chemical Engineer and Master’s in Intellectual Property and Innovation from Universidad de San Andrés, Argentina. Specialist in Governance and Public Innovation from the Development Bank of Latin America and the Caribbean (CAF) and in Technology Surveillance and Strategic Intelligence from the National Council of Science, Technology, and Innovation (CONCYTEC) and the University of Alicante, Spain.

He has a strong background in Intellectual Property and Innovation, standing out as a finalist in the XXI National Invention Contest 2022 organized by INDECOPI and receiving recognition at the XVII Korea International Women’s Invention Exposition (KIWIE) from the International Federation of Inventors’ Associations (IFIA).

John holds 30 patented inventions and has over 100 pending applications. Additionally, INDECOPI has ranked him among the Top 5 inventors with the highest number of invention applications nationwide.
