On Saturday, October 18, our Managing Partner, Alejandro Castro, participated in the second business visit organized by CX con Sabor Peruano and guided by Sonia Zavala (SONICXcorp). This event was part of the preparations for the 2nd Multidisciplinary Customer Experience Congress, which will take place this Friday, October 24.
During the visit, participants toured the main distribution center of Grupo Vega, a prominent Peruvian holding company in the retail sector, founded in 1996, which brings together more than 10 companies and employs over 2,500 collaborators.
The session was led by the founders, Michel Vega and Rosario Torrejón, who shared the company’s early history and the philosophy that guides their management, focused on sustainable growth through the development of human capital, both for their employees and customers.
