Specialist in Governance and Public Innovation from the Development Bank of Latin America and the Caribbean (CAF) and in Technology Surveillance and Strategic Intelligence from the National Council of Science, Technology, and Innovation (CONCYTEC) and the University of Alicante, Spain.
He has a strong background in Intellectual Property and Innovation, standing out as a finalist in the XXI National Invention Contest 2022 organized by INDECOPI and receiving recognition at the XVII Korea International Women’s Invention Exposition (KIWIE) from the International Federation of Inventors’ Associations (IFIA).
