We provide comprehensive legal counsel in Competition Law, Consumer Protection, and Privacy on a preventive basis, as well as representation in enforcement proceedings before the competent administrative entities, namely INDECOPI and the National Authority for Personal Data Protection, respectively.
We advise our clients on proper market practices, particularly in advertising matters – copy advice – and in defense against unfair acts that may affect their competitive position. Similarly, we represent our clients in consumer relations established with their customers, through conciliations or in sanctioning proceedings before INDECOPI, as well as in the implementation of regulatory compliance programs in these areas.
