With over 30 years of experience managing our clients’ intangible asset portfolios internationally, we offer specialized technical-legal analysis for the registration and protection of trademarks and inventions across various jurisdictions, leveraging our in-depth knowledge of Latin American jurisdictions.
Our personalized services cover the entire lifecycle of trademarks and inventions. For trademarks, this includes clearance search for similar trademarks, registration, renewals, amendments, and trademark watch. In the case of inventions, we provide technical advice on prior art searches, patentability analysis, freedom to operate (FTO), registration, maintenance, and amendments.
Additionally, we offer advice on Intellectual Property Rights Enforcement, including legal representation in administrative and criminal complaints, as well as the processing of voluntary registrations with Customs.
