    We provide counsel to national and international companies regarding the sanitary registration of a diverse range of products, including medical devices, sanitary products, cosmetics, and household hygiene products, among others. This includes representation during regulatory authority inspections, sanctioning proceedings, and generally any aspect related to sanitary regulation.

    In particular, we offer guidance on the registration, modification, and renewal of sanitary registrations, as well as the review of product labeling and packaging. Additionally, we assist in the processing of certifications for good storage practices and good manufacturing practices.
